These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between wjl Casino and every registered player on the platform. Please read this Agreement carefully before creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by wjl. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context expressly requires otherwise:

3.1 Minimum Age. The wjl Casino platform is strictly for adults. 5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wjl Casino currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. 6.3 Bonus Abuse. wjl reserves the right to void Bonus Credits and any winnings derived from them, and to suspend an account, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion with other Players to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or exploitation of promotional mechanics in a manner not intended by wjl.
6.4 Promotion Eligibility. Promotions are available to eligible registered Players only, subject to any eligibility conditions stated in individual promotion terms (which may include minimum deposit amounts, eligible game categories, geographic restrictions, or tier requirements).
6.5 wjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. Players who have already accepted a bonus offer will not have that offer retroactively revoked without grounds for suspected abuse.
6.6 VIP Program. The wjl VIP loyalty program operates across six tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond. Tier advancement is based on accumulated loyalty points earned through eligible real-money wagering. Tier-specific benefits, including cashback rates and rebate percentages, are subject to change and will be communicated to affected Players in advance.
7.1 All games available on the wjl Casino platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness. 7.5 Players may not use automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the wjl platform in ways that are not part of normal gameplay. Such conduct constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wjl Casino platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Where account closure is requested by a Player not under active investigation, the Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method, following standard KYC and AML checks.
9.3 Upon termination of an account for breach of this Agreement, wjl reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Credits and associated bonus-derived winnings. Real Money Balance will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the breach and compliance with applicable regulations.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wjl Casino shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
13.2 wjl's total aggregate liability to any Player for any direct damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 wjl does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, acts of government, or telecommunications outages) may result in temporary unavailability of services. wjl will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and communicate planned maintenance in advance.
13.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes wjl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
14.1 This Agreement and all matters arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Dispute Resolution — Internal Process. Before commencing any formal proceedings, Players are required to attempt resolution of any dispute by contacting wjl's support team in the first instance. wjl commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days with a proposed resolution or an explanation of the steps being taken.
14.3 PAGCOR Complaints. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of wjl's internal dispute resolution process may refer complaints to PAGCOR through its established regulatory channels. wjl will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
14.4 For disputes that cannot be resolved through internal process or PAGCOR referral, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
15.1 wjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Amendments will be published on the wjl platform at wjl.bio/terms-conditions with the updated Effective Date clearly indicated.
15.2 For material amendments — those that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — wjl will endeavor to provide registered Players with advance notice via registered email at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, where reasonably practicable.
15.3 A Player's continued use of the wjl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes their acceptance of the revised Agreement. If a Player does not accept an amendment, they should contact wjl support to request voluntary account closure before the amendment takes effect.
